This is a fulltime, tenure-track, tripartie faculty position. The successful candidate will have professional expectations in teaching, research, and service activities. This position carries an initial expectation of teaching three courses per semester, which will include a combination of upper and lower division classes. The candidate will have an expectation of developing a productive research program with the long-term goal of financially supporting research workload and activities. The candidate will be expected to make regular attempts at both intramural and extramural funding.

The expected start date of this position is 1/1/2022. Salary is commensurate with experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Evidence of a potential for successful teaching, service, and research activity.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
Length of time and type of experience required for this position should be appropriate to the rank of Tenure Track Assistant Professor. Applicants must have university-level teaching experience with a record of research and peer-reviewed publications or demonstrated potential for peer-reviewed publications.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:
Candidate must have earned a doctorate in Analytical Chemistry or related field upon appointment. Postdoctoral training in the field is preferred.
