Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, payroll functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing the employee experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and proficiency in various HR software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Perform payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate weekly payments to employees.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper handling of tax-related matters and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, including performance management initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to communicate with employees in Spanish and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
