What you will do:

In this role, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for data analysis for Teradata's Products Organization. By applying a data-centric mindset and leveraging your expertise in information architecture, you will provide insights that drive data-centric decision-making across the organization. Your work will be essential in analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and supporting operational initiatives that influence our strategic direction. Success in this role involves creating meaningful metrics, enhancing data standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to strengthen business operations.

Who you will work with:

On our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals in Product Management, Global Sales Support, Corporate IT, and other key departments. This team plays a crucial role in driving impactful insights and aligning data-driven strategies across the Products Organization. This position reports directly to the Products Business Operations Lead, ensuring close alignment with Teradata's strategic objectives.

What makes you a qualified candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, and data architecture.
  • Proven knowledge of data models (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).
  • Strong skills in SQL for data manipulation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

What you will bring:

  • Exposure to data normalization, indexing, and data relationship concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI/Tableau.
  • Interest in Analytics, AI, and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Background in data structures and data architectures.
  • Willingness to collaborate and engage with cross-organizational teams.

Pay Rate: $81,600.00 - $101,900.00 - $122,400.00 Annually
