JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Materials Research Institute under the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research (OSVPR) is looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar specializing in Electrical and electromechanical measurements on piezoelectric and ferroelectric thin films, including the reliability of the properties over time. Experience in nanofabrication and patterning of complex oxides and nitrides is also highly desirable, as the candidate will be responsible for fabrication of piezoMEMS and memory devices.
Qualification required is a Ph.D. specializing in Thin Films.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
