JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A Postdoctoral position in the area of Geo-location privacy is available starting January 2021 at the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST), The Pennsylvania State University in Dr. Squicciarini' s lab. The research is funded by a project from the National Science Foundation and aims at improving privacy guarantees in location-based services.
We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a good background in privacy and a deep interest to work on algorithmic problems in a location based services. In addition, good language skills in English, oral and written, are expected. Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related subject.
This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding for up two years.
