We are accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellow for pre-clinical research in PET imaging in oncological brain tumor immunology studies in the Biochemistry Department at the University of Missouri. The successful candidate will develop immunoPET tracers to monitor immune cell activity in brain tumors in response to immunotherapy. Additional projects may include working on the development of theranostics for brain tumor therapy.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team including bioinformatics, radiomics, immunology, tumor biology, and clinicians. Our well-funded laboratory is an energetic and motivating environment for scientific growth with an aim to foster independent careers.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a PhD in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, biological chemistry, or equivalent field. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
