Responsibilities

 

In addition to engagement with the undergraduate and graduate students and participation in the research program of the Department, the duties of the position shall include teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses; the teaching load is two courses per term.

Initial appointment is for one calendar year, with automatic renewal for two additional years pending satisfactory completion of duties, for a total of three years maximum.

Qualifications

 

We seek a specialist in Greek Archaeology and Material Culture whose interests complement those of the current faculty. We are interested in scholars with a strong research program and innovative approaches to Greek Archaeology. The Fellow will have the opportunity to help in co-organizing a workshop, colloquium, or similar event during the tenure of the fellowship. This position is open only to those who have received the Ph.D. after January 1, 2016; the Ph.D. must be conferred by July 1, 2020.
