The Department of Technology & Mathematics at Dalton State College seeks applications for a Lecturer or Assistant Professor of Mathematics to begin on August 1, 2019.
Earned Master’s or Doctorate in mathematics, mathematics education, or a related field with at least 18 credits of graduate level mathematics.
PK -12 teaching experience.
Responsibilities of this position include:
(a) The standard teaching load is 27-28 credits per academic year.
(b) Academic advising and mentoring, planning and assessment, keeping office hours, other college and community service, and professional development
(c) Directing student research projects
(d) Other such duties as assigned.
